Autism Ally beanies in black, pink, cream and beige laid out with bumper stickers and square stickers.

The pieces

Every order ships with a free sticker.
Shopping for Christmas? Order early and allow us time.

Say it without saying it.

An autistic person walking through your office door sees it and learns something about you before you speak. A stranger at the lights sees it on your car and learns the same.

That is what an ally does. Small, visible, and repeated every day for years.

The sticker costs two dollars. The statement costs nothing, and it never stops working.

Show us where it landed.

Send us a photo of your sticker on the door, the window, the car, or of you in the beanie. We put it on the wall.

Every one of these is somebody saying it out loud.

1,000

Our first goal is a thousand Autism Allies. After that, a hundred thousand.

Tell us if you would rather we kept your face off the page, and we will post the sticker alone. For photos of children we need a parent to say yes first.

Why a shop

Autistic adults are out of work at rates far above almost any other group. Hiring rarely bends far enough to meet them.

So we built a workshop instead. Eight people in Nigeria, half of them with a disability.

They work at different levels. Two drive themselves in. Others are supported through their tasks, sorting beads, organizing the materials, completing the steps they do well, with prompting when they need it.

Everyone is paid. That is what inclusion actually looks like.

Buy something here and the person who made it earns a wage for making it. Plain, and dignified.

This workshop is the first. We built it to be copied.
